Allegiance Staffing west office is looking for skilled talent to join a manufacturing facility that produces bare and tin copper wire conductors. This is an excellent temp to hire opportunity with pay rates starting at $18.50 per hour. These positions are located in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.Requirements: High school diploma or GED (required)Minimum of one to two years of manufacturing related work preferredPrevious work in the wire industry preferredBasic computer skills Ability to operate production machineryBunch multiple/single wire within a final product to customer specifications and production parametersAbility to hot/cold weldsDetermine the right action in case of wire breakageObserve on-going process to ensure machines are operating properlyEnglish/Spanish Schedule:7:00am to 7:00pm for three months with rotating days off and then change to work7:00pm to 7:00am for three months with shift differential pay and rotating days offPay Rate:$18.50 per hour
