Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs.
- Create engaging lesson plans that acmodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students receive prehensive support.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in pliance with district and state regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, teaching methods, and classroom management techniques.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt lessons and teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.
