Dedicated Personnel is seeking qualifying candidates for an Upper Management/General Manager position who have experience in Production and/or Manufacturing.
Metal tool cutting industry experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines. This includes creating detailed timelines and ensuring that production activities align with business goals.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with various departments to allocate resources effectively, including labor, machinery, and raw materials. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and safety regulations. This involves implementing quality control measures and conducting regular inspections.
- Cost Control: Manage the production budget by monitoring expenses and optimizing resource usage to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate production teams, providing training and support to ensure high performance. Organize staff meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.
- Process Improvement: Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Stay updated on new production techniques and technologies.
