Your primary responsibilities will involve managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to e-commerce transactions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure our platform runs smoothly. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and product inquiries.
- Assist in managing product listings and ensuring accurate information is displayed online.
- Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and customer feedback.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience in e-commerce support or a related customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping systems is beneficial.
- Willingness to work in Athens and engage with a diverse team.
