Hours: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm Monday -Friday

Wage: $20.00 to $24.00 based on experience

Foaming Operations

  • Use basic math to calibrate foaming machines and calculate proper foam quantities for each part.
  • Understand foam machine operating principles.
  • Operate foam machines safely and perform operator-level maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot foam machine issues and correct techniques when defects occur.
  • Change foam totes and nitrogen tanks as required.

Final Assembly & Secondary Operations

  • Assemble components into finished goods per customer specifications using adhesives, mechanical fasteners, sonic welding, and other required methods.
  • Set up assembly fixtures and work areas for efficient operation at the start of each work order.
  • Perform secondary operations such as trimming, deburring, and other finishing tasks.
  • Repair parts according to quality specifications.

Quality & Documentation

  • Read, understand, and follow work instructions.
  • Complete all required in-process and finished-goods quality checks.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation, including scrap tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure all work meets established quality standards.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Perform minor troubleshooting on equipment and processes.
  • Demonstrate consistent adherence to LINDAR’s core values.
  • Be cross-trained on various equipment and assist in multiple production areas as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude preferred.
  • Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained).
  • Experience using electrical and pneumatic tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in rotational molding preferred.

Physical Requirements / Essential Job Functions

  • Work in a manufacturing environment with temperature extremes.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; maneuver molds weighing 75+ pounds using lifting equipment.
  • Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Bend, kneel, climb ladders/steps, and reach frequently.
  • Wear required PPE at all times.
  • Complete required job documentation accurately.
  • Read and understand job instructions.
  • Meet all physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
