CNC Programmer – Milling & Turning
2nd Shift | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM | Temp-to-Hire | Bethel, CT
$38–$42/hr

What You’ll Do

Program, set up, and run CNC milling and turning equipment on high-precision components.

Create programs using Mastercam and SolidWorks and optimize them for performance and accuracy.

Interpret detailed blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.

Troubleshoot issues on the floor, refine tool paths, and improve cycle times.

Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to keep production running smoothly.

Maintain machines and ensure a safe, clean, efficient work environment.
What You Bring
-
10+ years of CNC machining/programming experience in a precision environment.

Strong mastery of Mastercam, SolidWorks, and G/M code.

Hands-on experience with both mills and lathes.

Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.

Pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $42.00 per hour
