Up to $25/hour | No Experience Needed | Paid Training
Locations: Washington, Union, Sullivan, MO
Job Type: Part-Time (<30 hours/week), Weekend Only
Job Summary
ABiLITY is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. DSPs play an essential role in helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.
No prior experience is required. ABiLITY provides paid training and certifications.
Pay Rates
$20/hour – Part-Time
$21/hour – Weekend Flex (must commit to 3 weekends per month)
$25/hour – Weekend Only (must commit to every weekend per month, no more than 2 weekends off per quarter)
Additional compensation may be offered for verified prior DSP experience.

Available Shifts
- Evenings: approximately 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Overnights: approximately 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Dayshift: approximately 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
- DAYSHIFT EXTREMELY LIMITED
- Weekend availability based on position
Essential Duties
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and meals
- Support independence and community participation
- Assist with medication administration (training provided)
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment
- Complete required documentation
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Dependable and willing to learn
Training & Certifications (Company-Paid)
- Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)
- First Aid / CPR / AED
- Crisis Prevention
- Required DSP training modules
