PCGH is hiring full-time DSPs / Direct Support Professionals to provide direct, person-centered supports in our group residences. The DSP will deliver hands-on assistance with daily living skills, community inclusion, and safety while following individualized plans and documentation requirements. This role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and advancement opportunities into supervisory and clinical tracks. Applicants should be dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference in people’s daily lives.

Openings

Overnight DSP — 1 opening
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr (base plus differentials), higher rates possible based on placement and experience
Schedule: Overnight shifts, includes rotating weekends -
Afternoon / Evening DSP — 1 opening
Pay: Starting at $13.00/hr (base plus differentials), higher rates possible based on placement and experience
Schedule: Afternoon and evening shifts, includes rotating weekends -
Bridge DSP — 4 openings
Pay: Starting at $13.00/hr (base plus differentials), higher rates possible based on placement and experience
Schedule: 12+ hour shifts, roughly 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., includes rotating weekends -
7-On DSP — 2 openings
Pay: Starting at $15.50/hr (base plus differentials), higher rates possible based on placement and experience
Schedule: 7-on schedule, meaning seven consecutive work days followed by time off, includes rotating weekends
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on support with daily living skills and personal goals
- Assist with personal care and health-related needs as required
- Monitor safety and respond appropriately in emergency situations
- Accurately document services and follow individual support plans
- Help keep a positive, stable, home-like environment for the people we serve
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- Prior caregiving experience is helpful, not required — we provide training
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team mindset
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to support others
