Job Description

Responsibilities
- Perform functions to build and inspect company products.
- Work with units or parts while following established procedures in a team environment.
Essential Skills
- At least 6 months of experience in machine operation.
- Proficiency in robotic machine operation is a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
- Mechanically inclined.

Work Environment
The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, demonstrate hand/eye coordination, and stand for extended periods. It involves walking, bending, and turning consistently with repetitive motion. The work area can be noisy. Shifts are Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential work on Fridays, or Monday to Thursday from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with plans to work Fridays as well.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
