Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a servant leader who thrives on safety, team development, and lean manufacturing.

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:00PM-1:00AM

Occasional Overtime: Fridays, 1:00PM-9:00PM (as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives and foster a safety-first culture.
• Ensure proper training in safety, equipment, and 5S standards.
• Collaborate with technical staff and union representatives.
• Set and track performance goals aligned with production metrics.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, Kanban, and fast cycle times.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations (preferred)
