We are seeking a Licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, client education, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a professional team setting.

Key Responsibilities• Perform facial treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other non-invasive skincare procedures.• Assist with laser, microneedling, and PRP procedures (if trained or certified).• Conduct thorough skin consultations and customize treatment plans for each client.• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care.• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room at all times.• Follow proper sanitation and infection control standards.• Cross-promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.• Document treatments accurately and maintain client confidentiality.• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and promotional events.

Qualifications• Active Texas Aesthetician or Cosmetology License (required).• 1+ year experience in a spa, salon, or med spa setting preferred.• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and medical-grade skincare.• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.• Experience with skincare lines and aesthetic devices (preferred but not required).
