The Position:We’re looking for a shift lead for our mixing team. The pay starts at $17.00 per hour as we train you for the job, after your are trained pay raises to $19 per hour (approximately 1 month for training). 26-28 hours a week.
REQUIRED TIMES: Baking hours:Sunday. Start/ingredient prep: 3 hours during the dayMixing: 6 PM - 12 AMMonday 6 - 10 PMWed. Start/ingredient prep: 3 hours during the dayMixing: 6 PM - 12 AM PM - 12 AMThursday 6 - 10 PM

Requirements:
- Must be 18 OR OLDER
- Must have or be able to obtain Food Handlers Permit.
- Entry-level position, no experience necessary, will train on-site.
- Must be dependable, positive, reliable, and work well with others.
- Must be good at following instructions, and have good attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs, and stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead our small Mixing Team.
- Prepare ingredients and containers.
- Mix dough and clean-up.
- Maintain a sourdough start.
