A well-established Insurance Defense and Personal Injury law firm in the Clear Lake area of Houston is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to join a collaborative and well-respected team.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Conduct legal research and provide case strategy input.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Texas.
- 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or personal injury.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks.
