Job DescriptionAdvanced Manufacturing Technician – Industrial Automation & Machinery

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $65K–$75K + Bonuses | 100% Paid Health Insurance

Ready to work on powerful, high-tech machinery and show others how to run it?

This Service Technician role puts you on the front lines of modern manufacturing. You’ll be setting up cutting-edge fabrication machines that combine high-voltage power, CNC automation, hydraulics, and servo motors — and then teaching customer teams how to use them.

No boring routine. No getting stuck behind a desk. This is hands-on, high-impact work with a ton of variety, technical challenge, and room to grow.

No prior experience with metal fabrication machines? No problem.
We provide full training — if you’ve got a solid base in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems, we’ll show you the rest.

Why This Job Stands Out:

  • $65K–$75K starting salary, plus quarterly performance bonuses

  • 100% paid health insurance (and 75% coverage for your family)

  • No weekend or holiday work – Monday through Friday schedule

  • Generous paid time off

  • All travel paid, with per diem

  • Opportunities to advance into six-figure roles within a few years

  • Top-tier equipment & tools, excellent training, and supportive leadership

  • Voted “Best Place to Work” 2 years in a row – a company that actually values its techs

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Install and commission brand-new and used fabrication machines at customer sites

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

  • Train customer operators on setup, programming, and use of machines

  • Perform service and preventative maintenance as needed

  • Set up and support machinery for trade shows (on-site and off-site)

  • Occasionally assist with in-house repairs, shipping/receiving, and equipment prep

Core Skills You’ll Use:

  • Electrical: Control circuit troubleshooting, wiring, diagnosing motors/fuses

  • Machine Shop: Drilling, tapping, layout, precision measuring

  • Mechanical: Assembly, alignments, and diagnosing mechanical issues

  • Hydraulic: System adjustments, flow & pressure troubleshooting

  • Millwrighting: Fork truck and overhead crane operation, shimming & leveling

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or fabrication roles

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Willing to travel regularly (overnight stays required)

  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

  • Strong communicator with a professional, friendly attitude

  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office)

  • Great problem solver who thrives in fast-moving environments

A Career, Not Just a Job

This role is a launchpad to a $100K+ career with full autonomy, technical depth, and strong work/life balance. You’ll be joining a family-owned company that treats you like a professional — not a number. Leadership is hands-on and invested in your growth. If you’ve ever felt lost in a corporate machine, this will be a breath of fresh air.
