Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $65K–$75K + Bonuses | 100% Paid Health Insurance

This Service Technician role puts you on the front lines of modern manufacturing. You’ll be setting up cutting-edge fabrication machines that combine high-voltage power, CNC automation, hydraulics, and servo motors — and then teaching customer teams how to use them.
No boring routine. No getting stuck behind a desk. This is hands-on, high-impact work with a ton of variety, technical challenge, and room to grow.
No prior experience with metal fabrication machines? No problem.
We provide full training — if you’ve got a solid base in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems, we’ll show you the rest.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Install and commission brand-new and used fabrication machines at customer sites
-
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

Train customer operators on setup, programming, and use of machines
-
Perform service and preventative maintenance as needed

Set up and support machinery for trade shows (on-site and off-site)

Occasionally assist with in-house repairs, shipping/receiving, and equipment prep
Core Skills You’ll Use:

Electrical: Control circuit troubleshooting, wiring, diagnosing motors/fuses

Machine Shop: Drilling, tapping, layout, precision measuring

Mechanical: Assembly, alignments, and diagnosing mechanical issues

Hydraulic: System adjustments, flow & pressure troubleshooting

Millwrighting: Fork truck and overhead crane operation, shimming & leveling
What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or fabrication roles

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Willing to travel regularly (overnight stays required)

Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

Strong communicator with a professional, friendly attitude

Basic computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office)

Great problem solver who thrives in fast-moving environments
