Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Ellucian Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, with occasional travel to Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Banner Insights and institutional data reporting, contributing to strategic initiatives within a SaaS data warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement reporting tables and data models in a SaaS data warehouse environment to support institutional reporting.
• Analyze and manage large datasets from institutional data warehouses to drive strategic decision-making.
• Validate data accuracy and functionality within the Banner test environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent and repeatable reporting processes.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for utilizing the Banner Insights platform.
• Utilize advanced tools and techniques to optimize data reporting workflows.
• Work closely with permanent staff to enhance their understanding and usage of Banner Insights.
• Ensure compliance with institutional research standards and reporting requirements.
• Apply technical skills to streamline reporting processes and improve data accessibility.• Proven experience with Banner Insights and data warehouse environments.
• Strong ability to design and build complex reporting tables and data models.
• Proficiency in managing large datasets and institutional reporting processes.
• Familiarity with institutional research practices and data validation methods.
• Expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and the .NET Framework.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Cincinnati, Ohio, as required.
