Job Description

Job DescriptionLHH is working with a great firm seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience in civil litigation to join their legal team in Los Angeles. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters while collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and respond to pleadings and legal correspondence

  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings

  • Propound and respond to written discovery requests

  • Assist in trial and arbitration preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program

  • 3–5 years of hands-on litigation experience

  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Experience in business litigation, real estate litigation, or bankruptcy litigation is a plus

  • Proficiency in Outlook 365, Excel, Adobe, Word, and case management/calendaring software such as Clio, Lumix, OneDrive, and Dropbox

Job Details:

  • Direct Hire

  • Salary: $82,000 - $94,000

  • Hybrid, Mon - Fri

  • Location: Los Angeles, CA

  • Great Benefits: 15 days PTO, Sick Leave, Medical, Dental, Vision

  • Paid monthly parking or public transit pass
