MaxCare Health & Residential Services has six residential group homes providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs. We have a great work environment and an experienced management team. We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Personal Care Assistants (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for full-time, part-time, every other weekend and/or PRN positions. You will assist in the daily care of individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs.
Responsibilities:
- Medication Administration
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties.
- Collaborate with individuals being serviced and families for best care opportunities.
- Maintain a safe, healthy and comfortable living environment.
Shifts Available:
- 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
- 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in personal/ clinical care or other related fields preferred
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Medication Aide preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)
- CPR Certification preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)
