As a Production Supervisor at Roskam Foods, you'll have the chance to shine by:
- Delivering comprehensive training and guidance to our team members
- Steering the production schedule towards efficiency
- Overseeing essential operations like equipment setup, operation, and addressing any rework needs
- Ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and workspaces
- Managing our inventory software with a precision touch
- Collecting and recording data meticulously during quality checks
- Gathering insights from various data sources
Your Expertise:
- Completion of High School or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven track record in leading manufacturing team operations
- Exceptional leadership and communication prowess
- Strong sense of professionalism, with a leadership-oriented mindset
- Exposure to food manufacturing environments is beneficial
