• Licensed attorney with active membership in the California State Bar.
• 3-7 years of experience in personal injury law, including litigation or pre-litigation work.
• Strong understanding of medical records and their relevance to personal injury cases.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to draft compelling demand letters.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective networks and client relationships.
