As an Electromechanical Assembly Technician, you’ll transform individual parts into finished products and prepare them for shipment, all while upholding rigorous quality standards in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

A day in the life

You begin by reviewing work orders and visual diagrams, staging parts, and planning your sequence. Throughout the shift, you:

  • Assemble components and subassemblies to spec, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
  • Use hand tools and basic production equipment safely and effectively.
  • Verify function and quality, inspecting finished assemblies for accuracy.
  • Follow detailed instructions and drawings to achieve exact results.
  • Maintain an orderly, compliant workstation that meets safety expectations.
  • Hit daily output goals without compromising quality.
  • Pitch in on basic tool and area upkeep to keep operations running smoothly.

What you bring

  • A high school diploma or GED (required).
  • Some assembly/manufacturing exposure is helpful, but not required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
  • Strong hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to follow directions, work independently, and stay safety-minded.
