Compensation:
$15 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Perform luxurious scalp treatments using our signature Crown & Raine techniques
- Deliver an unforgettable guest experience that blends touch, serenity, and personalization
- Educate clients on scalp health, customized aftercare, and product recommendations
- Build strong client relationships that lead to rebooking and referrals
- Maintain a clean, beautiful, calming treatment space
- Uphold our brand standards in care, professionalism, and hospitality
Qualifications:
You Are:
- Licensed Cosmetologist (or currently enrolled & close to licensure)
- Passionate about wellness, beauty, and the guest experience
- Comfortable in a luxury environment — soft-spoken, elegant, attentive
- Motivated by service excellence and client satisfaction
- A team player who wants to grow with a fast-scaling brand
- Driven to learn our unique system & techniques (we provide full training)
