Job Description
Aegis is seeking CNC Set up and operators to join our clients organization in Whitewater WI. I have 2 shifts open (Monday-Thursday- 10 hour shifts). The ideal candidate would have the following experience:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>First Shift (5 am-3 pm)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Second Shift (3 pm-1 am)- Shift Premium!&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At least 1+ years of experience doing CNC set-ups. (OR a new grad from a CNC degree program- open to showing them and we discussed this with the team)
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Hands-on experience working on CNC Machines
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Set up experience- ability to operate in the job shop and experience performing multiple set ups per day.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Able to set up machines working off blueprint specifications and work instructions.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Able to read and interpret blueprints, inspection check sheets and instructions.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with quality checks on parts, and experience making adjustments on machines and tools.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CNC lathe and mill machine experience.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Microsoft office experience- basic documentation when needed.
