Compassionate Caregiver/CNA needed in Upperco, Baltimore County - (Weekends noon to 6pm)

We are seeking a compassionate caregiver who is dedicated to assisting adults with personal care , maintaining their independence with dignity, and enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging clients in fun activities and possess strong problem-solving skills to address various needs.
Responsibilities:* Assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation* Plan and engage in enjoyable activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation; provide companionship and emotional support to clients* Help with meal preparation and nutrition, light housekeeping, medication reminders, driving clients to activities and appointments* Monitor and report changes in clients health and well-being and collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications:* Must be compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail; strong interpersonal and communication skills* Current CPR/First Aid Certification* Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance* Negative TB or X-ray screening* Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is required* Fluent in Spanish preferred* Employee rewards, bonuses, holiday pay and earned PTO
