Engineering Technician Compensation:
- Pay Rate: 30.61 per hour
- 3rd shift 10 pm -6:30 am Training is for 2 months 6am - 2:30 pm
Engineering Technician Responsibilities:
Must have these questions answered and included with the resume:
How does a temperature controller work and in what ways can one fail?
To control the speed of an air cylinder during it's extend stroke, should a flow control be placed on the extend port or the retract port?
Why would it go on one vs. the other?
Does it matter which way the orientation of the flow control is installed? Why?
Job Responsibilities
• Performs routine set up, operation, minor and major routine maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of highly complex/automated manufacturing equipment. Controls and adjusts machine settings for AutoPak equipment.
• Responsibilities include production, quality, downtime and waste levels of machine operation. Perform mechanical, pneumatic and electrical maintenance (including preventive) repairs, adjustments, inspection and monitoring of production and/or facilities related equipment and machinery.
Engineering Technician QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED & Certificate and 2 years of experience in relevant field
High School Diploma or GED with 4 years relevant experience required
Relevant Fields: Electrical / Electronics Technician, Electromechanical Technician, Mechanical Engineering Technician, Industrial Programmer, Electrician, Machine Builder / Repairer, Machinist, Refrigeration Mechanic, Welding Repairer
