What Youll Do

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers)
  
  
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  
  
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  
  
• Offer medication reminders (no administration required)
  
  
• Support safe mobility and ambulation (walker, wheelchair, etc.)
  
  
• Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior
  
  
• Document care and clock in/out using our mobile app
  
  
• Follow all infection control and safety procedures (CDC-compliant)
  
  

What Youll Need

• High school diploma or GED
  
  
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (home care, facility, or related setting)
  
  
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and proof of auto insurance
  
  
• Must pass a national background check
  
  
• Current TB test and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
  
  
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
  
  
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication

• Position Type: PRN, Part-time, or Full-time
  
  
• Schedule: Flexible day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
  
  
• Pay Type: Hourly, non-exempt
  
  
• Location: Merrillville, IN & surrounding Lake and Porter County areas
