Job DescriptionWe’re hiring a Process Improvement & Supply Chain Analyst to drive operational excellence across our network. This role is built for someone who knows how to analyze complex data, streamline workflows, and design scalable solutions that boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience. If you thrive on solving operational problems, influencing process change, and bringing order to fast-moving environments, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Track KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance across the operation.

Analyze operational data using data-mining techniques; benchmark performance against standards.

Communicate directly with customers—quoting accurately, professionally, and confidently.

Develop, update, and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency and operational alignment.

Proactively identify waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Design systems that integrate people, processes, equipment, and materials to maximize output and quality.

Partner with Finance to develop and validate pricing structures using data from time studies and process changes.

Support engineering initiatives that reinforce Operational Excellence.

Build and interpret metrics to identify trends impacting service quality and customer satisfaction.

Provide change management support, documentation, and training for new processes/equipment.

Lead implementation of material handling systems that increase capacity and productivity.

Use CAD or similar tools to develop facility layouts and process flow diagrams.

Support labor management systems design, development, and upkeep.

Produce ROI analyses, operational audits, and executive-level presentations.

Contribute to cross-functional projects and deliver work on time.

What You Bring

Solid knowledge of data mining and process analysis techniques.

Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

High-level technical writing ability and comfort creating detailed documentation.

Experience in process flow design and implementation.

Strong computer and systems skills; proficiency in CAD is preferred.

Advanced understanding of production machinery, warehouse operations, and service delivery processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work with all levels of the organization.

Strong time management, organization, and ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.

Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment.

Experience with WMS and 3PL operations is a strong plus.

Experience & Education

2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, WMS, or a similar supply chain environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

Equivalent experience will be considered.
