Established (25+ Years) Full-Service Firm Seeking Bankruptcy Paralegal in Phoenix (Hybrid)
An established full-service law firm based in Phoenix with over 25 years in practice is seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal with experience supporting attorneys through all phases of bankruptcy matters under Chapters 7, 11, and 13. This is a hybrid position offering a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration.
Offer:
Salary range: $85,000-$100,000 depending on experience

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a bankruptcy paralegal
Proficiency in preparing and filing Chapter 7, 11, and 13 petitions and schedules
Strong understanding of federal and local bankruptcy court rules and procedures
Experience with CM/ECF, Best Case, and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, disclosure statements, creditor matrices, and motions
Conduct legal research and perform due diligence, including lien and public records searches
Track deadlines, manage case calendars, and coordinate communications with clients, courts, and trustees
Assist in preparing hearing binders and organizing exhibits for proceedings
Maintain case files and ensure compliance with court and firm requirements
