Adecco's Permanent Recruitment team has partnered with a new manufacturing client in Greater Chattanooga to recruit and hire a full-time Manufacturing Project Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead manufacturing projects from concept through implementation

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements

Create and update technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
-
Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, vendors, and contractors
-
Support equipment installation, testing, validation, and commissioning
-
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
-
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
-
Prepare reports, track KPIs, and communicate project status to stakeholders
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
-
2+ years of experience leading/supporting manufacturing and industrial projects
-
Experience in monitoring budgets, timelines, and leading cross-functional teams
-
Proficiency with CAD software and project management tools
-
Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
This Position Offers:

Annual base salary in the 60k-80k range
