Scope: We are seeking a Manager for our Electrical/Technical Service Department. This Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the full range of assembly and installation of electrical and mechanical parts for the equipment we manufacture, troubleshooting, and performing proper service procedures on items including controls and wiring. Candidate should be able to determine the correct actions needed to install or repair items as well as planning, scheduling, and managing of the workflow for this team while maintaining high quality standards. Some travel (less than 25%) will be required.

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED ON-SITE IN BLANCO, TX

Duties & Responsibilities: After training, the successful candidate should be able to manage this department as well as properly install, evaluate or repair the following components to the standards of the Service Technicians of D&H Equipment:

1. Electrical Controls, Panels, Gears, Motors

2. Conduit, Wiring, and Connections

3. Burners with Fuel Lines (Diesel, Natural Gas, Propane)

4. Power Transmission Drives to Augers, Pumps, or other equipment

5. RTDs (in the proper location), manual temps, level devices, and differential switches

Skills: Read and understand blueprints, drawings, the Bill of Materials, or schematics for takeoff and production of electrical components, controls, panels, and wiring. Must be able to read a tape measure and use hand tools.
