Litigation Paralegal

Location: Downtown Manhattan, in the vibrant Financial District

Pay: $30–$36/hour (depending on experience)

Benefits: 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, FSA, PTO, and EAP.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm In-office, full-time. OT as needed.

United Staffing Solutions (USS) is representing a leading New York personal injury law firm in their search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their powerhouse legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact while supporting attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process. The Litigation Paralegal is a direct hire, permanent position beginning immediately.

Responsibilities for the Litigation Paralegal:

• Preparing case files, pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

• Reviewing medical records and assisting attorneys with trial preparation.

• Managing case information and document systems (SmartAdvocate experience a plus).

• Communicating with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.

• Maintaining accurate records, trial binders, and organized case materials.

• Performing data entry and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.

Qualifications for the Litigation Paralegal:

• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience with a plaintiff firm (personal injury required).

• Familiarity with SmartAdvocate preferred.

• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.

• Strong multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
