Role Overview:
CEI is seeking a Performance Engineering Lead (Contract) to drive performance testing and optimization across enterprise-scale, cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in performance testing, workload modeling, and system tuning in AWS or Azure environments.
Responsibilities:

Lead and execute end-to-end performance testing (Load, Stress, Soak, Scalability).

Develop performance test plans, automation scripts, and workload models.

Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.

Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and architects to improve system performance.

Monitor applications to ensure SLA and NFR compliance.
Required Skills:

8+ years in Performance Engineering/Testing.

Strong experience with AWS or Azure and cloud migration testing.

Proficiency with JMeter, LoadRunner, and NeoLoad (Webload preferred).

Experience with DynaTrace, CloudWatch, AppInsights, and API/web service testing (SOAP, REST).

Solid knowledge of scalability, reliability, and high availability architecture.
