A leading defense law firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney to join its Labor and Employment team as a non-partnership track salaried attorney. This is a benefits-eligible position with an anticipated billable hour expectation of 1,400-1,800 hours per year.
Responsibilities
- 
Manage and run litigation matters independently.
 - 
Conduct depositions and handle hearings.
 - 
Perform legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare written analyses and memoranda.
 - 
Collaborate with partners and team members on complex employment law matters.
 - 
Communicate effectively with clients and provide strategic advice and counsel.
 
Qualifications
- 
Minimum of six years of law firm experience (Class of 2018 or earlier) in labor and employment law.
 - 
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
 - 
Demonstrated ability to manage cases from start to finish.
 - 
Active California Bar membership required.
 - 
Must be able to work remotely from a home office in California.
