Location: Remote (DFW area preferred)
Duration: On-Going / 12-Month Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Exchange Administrator to support and optimize the email infrastructure for one of our trusted clients. This is a fully remote role (with preference for DFW-area candidates) where you’ll own the reliability, security, and performance of critical communication systems.
What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and maintain the Exchange email environment — keeping everything stable, secure, and efficient.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Exchange servers and mailboxes.

Support system migrations, upgrades, and ongoing performance tuning.

Implement and enforce compliance, security, and backup strategies to keep the organization protected.
What You Bring

5+ years managing complex Exchange environments in enterprise settings.

Proven track record of maintaining uptime and performance under pressure.

Experience handling upgrades, migrations, and issue resolution across distributed systems.

A proactive mindset with strong troubleshooting and communication skills — you’re the calm in the email storm.
