Compensation: $99,600 – $145,800 (based on experience and location)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:

Draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications.

Provide technical and strategic IP counsel to attorneys and clients.

Conduct prior art analysis and assist with invention disclosure documentation.

Support IP portfolio management for clients in the software, electrical, computer engineering, and telecommunications sectors.

Work collaboratively with attorneys across offices on both prosecution and litigation matters.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of patent prosecution experience, including application drafting.

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications required.

Registration to practice before the USPTO is a plus but not required.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple assignments.

Experience with foreign patent prosecution is helpful.

Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal or patent-specific software preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $100,000–$146,000. Starting pay is based on qualifications, location, and experience.
