Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design and development of advanced engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with military standards and regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and lead engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to Mil Standard specifications.
  • Utilize SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design of complex components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of engineering designs to ensure functionality and compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, integrating best practices into engineering processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering design and development.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with Mil Standard compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Enterprise PDM and FAA certification.
