Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to Mil Standard specifications.
- Utilize SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design of complex components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of engineering designs to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, integrating best practices into engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering design and development.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with Mil Standard compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Enterprise PDM and FAA certification.
