  • Qualifications:
    • Moderate computer skills,
    • Multi-task between different programming systems,
    • Significant amount of attention to detail,
    • Must be able to adapt to frequent changes, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Microsoft Office
  • Education:
    • High School Diploma (GED)
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Knowledge & Additional Skills
    • General Accounting – 1 year
    • General Business – 1 year
    • Proficient in Administration – 1 year
  • Additional Skills:
    • Proficient in 10 Key Data Entry
    • H.S diploma or GED with 1-2 years of experience in a related capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • The primary objective is to audit and input lease and retail contracts into the portfolio system daily with a high degree of accuracy
  • The ability to verify information is accurate and be able to communicate the reason if incorrect.
  • The ability to validate additional documentation to ensure that all state requirements are met.
  • Able to follow a process and identify inconsistencies with information presented.
  • A general knowledge of being able to add, subtract, divide, & multiply.
  • Ability to validate calculations to ensure the financial information presented is accurate.
  • Able to adapt to frequent changes including overtime with limited notice
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate with region and dealership personnel.
