The Opportunity
Were seeking a licensed, motivated Nail Technician to join our space under a boothrental model. Youll operate as an independent contractor who runs your own schedule, sets your pricing (within House guidelines), and provides top-tier services in a beautifully designed environment. You will benefit from our client traffic, marketing support, luxury brand positioning, and retail product curation.
Ideal Candidate
- Valid Illinois Nail Technician or Cosmetology license in good standing.
- Have an established clientele, work well with others, and would like to service clients in a professional upscale environment.
- Proven nails portfolio: gel, Acrylic/ODP, Russian manicure, luxury pedicure services preferred.
- Must be willing to participate in all service offerings, memberships and packages provided by the salon
- Strong client service orientation detail-oriented, polished, and professional.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: youre building your business & brand but appreciate the support of a refined salon home.
- Ability to follow salon standards (sanitation, brand service protocols, scheduling, POS systems) while maintaining your independent identity.
- Consistent availability and reliability consistent with salon hours of operations.
- Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction.

- Flexible schedule: you run your own hours (subject to minimum days/hours commitment).
Booth Rental Terms & Responsibilities
- Rental Fee: $700/ booth/month
- Utilities, WiFi, basic supplies (e.g., towels, sanitation supplies) included
- You retain 100% of your service revenue beyond the booth fee
- You maintain your own licensing, liability insurance, service pricing, client scheduling (via our system)
- You agree to abide by GlossHaus brand standards, sanitation protocols, scheduling system and maintain a professional appearance.
- Lease term: Month-to-month with 30-day notice, 3-month term (with 30-day notice).
