The General Manager oversees the development and implementation of the Greenville business unit's overall business objectives, policies, and strategic plans. The GM will report to the Director of Operations, with an intense focus on operational excellence. This role will have a strong focus on exemplary customer service, quality, safety, and cost control. Prior experience running an operation focused on exceeding customer expectations and cultivating a positive culture while maintaining profitability is a must.
The General Manager ensures that all external parties, including customers, vendors, and subcontractors, have a positive and profitable relationship with the company. The candidate will support the development, implementation, and execution of strategies and plans for increasing the growth of the BU, as well as achieving short- and long-term financial and operational goals.
