MB Attorney Search is assisting a national law firm in identifying qualified candidates for a Product Liability / Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group. This role is remote, with in-person travel for depositions, court appearances, or trial as matters require.

This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney looking to take on sophisticated, high-profile litigation matters within a collaborative, resource-rich environment.

You'll work primarily with attorneys in the firm's Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit, gain significant client exposure, and contribute across all phases of civil litigation in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. This role is ideal for someone seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial practice with a clear path for professional growth.

Product Liability / Commercial Litigation Attorney Duties:

  • Handle all phases of civil litigation in commercial and product liability spaces, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation

  • Conduct factual investigations and manage complex case strategy

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive documents

  • Engage directly with clients and work collaboratively with team members

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, including product liability and commercial matters

  • Strong Pennsylvania state and federal court experience

  • Excellent academic credentials and judgment

  • Superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure

  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively

  • Pennsylvania bar license and residency in Western Pennsylvania

  • Judicial clerkship experience in Pennsylvania state or federal court is a plus
