The Opportunity
A Fortune 500 telecommunications company seeks a Contract Analyst for a temporary position expected to last four months, possibly longer in Canonsburg, PA. The schedule is hybrid: Monday and Friday are WFH days; Tuesday through Thursday are in office. The hourly rate is $27-$32, plus benefits.
Primary Duties
The Contract Analyst is a production-based role focused on reviewing real estate contracts. The Contract Analyst will verify the accuracy of approximately 12 pre-negotiated agreements per day. Familiarity with real estate contracts is essential. Additional duties include the following:
- Review and analyze contract language to ensure accuracy and legal sufficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance service and expedite contract execution.
- Manage contract/document nuances and support quality assurance initiatives.
- Lead or support projects to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and deliver training.
- Use data and trend analysis to identify areas for process improvement and risk mitigation.
- Promote collaboration and improve cross-functional efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in data analysis or contract review; real estate contract experience preferred. Background in audit, quality control, or project management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of contract language and legal terminology.
- High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
- Ability to manage priorities, build relationships, and work cross-functionally.
