Salary Range: $60,000+ commensurate with experience
Location: Open to fully remote or hybrid work based out of our Philadelphia, New York City, or Washington, D.C. offices
About the Role:
Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP is seeking a Paralegal to join our Individual, Corporate, and Universities (ICU) team. This paralegal will support attorneys in handling a variety of employment-based immigration matters for universities, hospitals, research organizations, mid-sized and smaller companies, and individual clients. The role includes preparation and filing of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions (PERM, I-140, I-130, consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, H, L, TN, O, J visas, etc.) as well as assistance with select family-based applications.
The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to navigate complex rules and procedures, and a bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file a range of employment- and family-based immigration petitions and applications
- Gather and organize documentation, including credentials, employment verification, and supporting evidence
- Draft case correspondence, forms, and supporting statements for attorney review
- Communicate with clients, employers, and government agencies as needed
- Track case progress and maintain accurate records in the firm’s immigration management system
- Work closely with supervising attorneys and paralegal supervisors to ensure timely and accurate case processing
Requirements:
- 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and immigration case management systems
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to interpret and apply complex immigration regulations and procedures
