OnQGlobal is seeking a QCx-focused Owner’s Rep Project Manager to support a large-scale data center project in Muskogee, OK. In this role, you’ll act as an extension of the Owner’s team, ensuring all quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and commissioning (Cx) processes are executed to the highest standard. You’ll work alongside the Owner, General Contractor, and trade partners to drive delivery of mission-critical systems with zero compromise on safety, quality, or schedule.
This position is ideal for someone with deep QA/QC + Cx experience in mission-critical environments who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility role.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Owner’s on-site representative, ensuring QA/QC and Commissioning standards are enforced.
- Oversee MEP systems testing, commissioning, and quality validation throughout construction.
- Manage project delivery across design reviews, construction oversight, commissioning, and closeout.
- Coordinate between architects, engineers, contractors, and Owner’s operations team to ensure seamless handover.
- Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contractor claims with a focus on quality and commissioning impacts.
- Support risk identification, mitigation strategies, and project reporting to Owner stakeholders.
- Promote a strong, proactive safety culture on-site.
Requirements:Qualifications
- 10+ years in construction project management (Owner’s Rep or GC-side).
- Strong background in QA/QC and Commissioning (Cx).
- Mission-critical/data center experience required.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning protocols, and AHJ compliance.
- Local to Muskogee, OK or within ~150 miles.
