We’re looking for compassionate individuals to provide personalized assistance, companionship, and daily support to clients throughout Bellevue, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond, and the greater Eastside. Candidates who are available for day shifts and are comfortable around pets will find a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact every single day!

Your local Always Best Care team will be helping families throughout Seattle and surrounding communities, providing non-medical in-home care, independent and assisted living referral services. We provide our clients and their families with peace of mind that they are receiving the best possible care, while ensuring our clients’ safety, comfort, and respect…Always.

Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour, based on experience and certifications

Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – always on time

Shifts Available: Day shifts 4–8 hours — weekend flexibility preferred

How You Touch Hearts Daily:

• Provide friendly companionship and emotional support

• Assist with daily tasks such as dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

• Maintain a welcoming home by keeping it clean and organized

• Accompany clients to appointments and errands with care and attention

• Offer consistent, compassionate support to enhance daily quality of life

Who Will Shine In This Role:

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients

• CNA or HCA certification required

• Previous hands-on experience caring for older adults

• Open to working around pets (dogs and cats)

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts

• Clear background check and drug test
