We are hiring a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to support a mission-critical federal program in a secure environment. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Rosslyn, VA, and requires a current TS/SCI clearance.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents

Ensure compliance with NIST 800-53 and RMF standards

Support ATO documentation and continuous monitoring efforts

Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply STIGs

Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a secure system posture

Participate in incident response and security architecture reviews

Utilize tools like eMASS, ACAS/Nessus, and vulnerability management platforms
Location: Rosslyn, VA
Salary: $160,000 - $170,000

Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance (in-scope)
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in federal or DoD environments
- Strong hands-on experience with RMF, STIGs, eMASS, and ACAS/Nessus
- Solid understanding of federal cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CISM)
- Experience with SIEM platforms and Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) tools
- Familiarity with classified infrastructure and threat response protocols
