We are looking for a skilled Associate Attorney with expertise in real estate transactions to join our client's boutique law firm in North Scottsdale, Arizona. This role focuses on handling vacant land purchases and working with residential home builders on land development, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative legal environment. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate law and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. Experience focused more on commercial leasing is not applicable to this role. This is a hybrid role which permits some work from home.


Responsibilities:

• Manage legal aspects of vacant land acquisitions and residential home-building transactions.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions.

• Conduct thorough due diligence to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients regarding real estate laws and procedures.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor legal solutions to meet their needs.

• Research and interpret real estate laws to ensure accurate application in transactions.

• Maintain clear and precise communication with clients and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Work closely with colleagues in a hybrid work environment to achieve team goals.

• Stay updated on changes in real estate and construction law to provide informed legal guidance.

• Support the firm in upholding high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

• Must be a licensed attorney in the State of Arizona.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional work.

• Strong knowledge of vacant land purchases and residential community construction agreements.

• Proven ability to conduct detailed due diligence and risk analysis.

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for contracts and legal documents.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Solid understanding of legal compliance and regulatory requirements in real estate.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in legal practice
