hift:2pm to 10:30pm Monday to Friday - TRAINING for 2 weeks in the 1st shift 6am to 2:30pm Pay: $18-19 DOEResponsibilities:

• Perform configuration and fault management
• Troubleshoot and repair to component level
• Replace parts using soldering tools
• Accurately consume component repair parts from inventory
• Work with engineers on new development or improvements for existing when needed
• Work with engineers and senior level techs to gain knowledge and skills
• Maintain high levels of quality and on time performance of product lines assigned to you

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-year Electronics degree, equivalent certification, or equivalent job experience in electronics or technical role
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in similar role
• If no degree or certification, then you must possess a minimum 5 years of experience in similar technician role
• Test and troubleshoot various types of electronic circuit boards
• Experience in board-level and multi-layer board repair of telecommunications systems
• Understanding of 24V and 48V power systems
• Experienced in repair lab equipment and techniques
• Excellent through hole and surface mount soldering skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Use functional and situational reasoning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible with job duties and scope of work
• Perform tasks to completion
• Work effectively individually and as part of a team
• Work in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple concurrent assignments
