Qualifications:

• Active and valid Texas Cosmetology License (required by state)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming experience for clients.
• Possess a highly motivated, collaborative, work ethic with a sense of accountability.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 9 hours) while performing hair services.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions, including holding and manipulating blow dryers, round brushes, flat irons, and scissors.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to fifteen pounds, such as styling tools and product inventory.
• Ability to reach overhead for styling, cleaning tasks, and retrieving necessary supplies.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel to access styling tools, assist clients, and maintain overall studio cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and diligence.
