✨ What You’ll Do
- 🤝 Collaborate with a supportive team in a clean, high-tech environment.
- 📐 Read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
- 🔌 Assemble electro-mechanical components, cables, and wire harnesses using tools like crimpers and wire strippers.
- 🛠 Perform point-to-point wiring and equipment installations with precision.
- ✅ Maintain productivity and quality standards while keeping your workspace organized and safe.
- 📝 Document work accurately in production and quality forms.
- 🔒 Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance (company will assist if required).
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in assembly, production, or similar hands-on work.
- Comfortable using hand tools and working with mechanical or electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or diagrams.
- Bonus: Experience with electronics, soldering, fiber optics, or cable assembly.
- Certifications like WHMA/IPC-A-620 or IPC-A-610 are a plus (or willingness to obtain).
📚 Qualifications
- 2+ years of assembly experience preferred.
- High School diploma required; technical or electronics training is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow processes.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
