AppleTree Staffing is seeking skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operators to join some of our top manufacturing partners in Central Indiana. These are full-time opportunities offering competitive pay, long-term stability, and room to grow with an industry-leading team and excellent benefits.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep a clean work area
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous CNC machining experience preferred (Mill or Lathe)
- Ability to read measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
