Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join our well-established law firm in Media, Pennsylvania. Our practice focuses on community association law, construction litigation, and real estate, serving a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in legal matters involving community association law, construction litigation, and real estate.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and prepare legal briefs, pleadings, and other documentation.
• Manage case files using legal and case management software to ensure accurate and timely handling.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and strategic guidance on their cases.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions to advocate for clients’ interests.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure seamless workflow and case management.
• Stay updated on legal codes, precedents, and industry regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas.
• Handle complex commercial litigation cases, including claim administration and complaint resolution.
• Provide expert advice on construction law and commercial real estate matters.• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the state bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, commercial law, or related fields.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills to handle complex legal matters.
• Familiarity with case management software and other legal technology.
• Demonstrated expertise in construction litigation and commercial real estate.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (required) with additional state licensure preferred.
